The girl was very helpful but told me I would need to speak to the manager. He took one look at the garment and accused me of ironing it wrong and anyway you have no receipt and could have bought it anywhere.I think Sports Direct need to re train Jonny as he refused to give me his surname and just turned and walked away as I was speaking to him.Not everyones out to con you JONNY
