  Staff very pleasant and helpful 2 areas could really do with improvement: Flowers Range is poor. Too many ugly bouquets in a garish mix of colours Not well presented or looked after - a lot of dried out and damaged flowers Bread in bakery dept Too much is a dry low quality mix falling way below the standard of Tesco, Lidl, M&S - have stopped buying it No cranberries this Christmas - why?

  I Went to my local Asda today to do big shop I got all I wanted went to the till started putting my shopping through the girl just kept putting it through never once asked did I need a hand to pack mean while my bread and baps were getting squashed I finished unloading my trolley start packing my bags the girl kept saying how much I owed her not helping she knew I was unhappy. Are your staff not meant to ask if you need a hand to pack? I had 160 pounds worth of shopping in my trolley the bread and baps had to be binned think I will go to Tesco next time not happy with the service.
